  • The Bridal suite; bridal room with multiple vanities for hair and make-up, lots of natural lighting for gorgeous getting ready pictures, a beverage station, and plenty of seating for friends and family to enjoy your special day.

  • The Grooms Headquarters; grooms room with a flat screen TV, ample seating, and a beverage station.

  • 1200 square foot covered cocktail patio

  • The Lawn; just outside the cocktail patio is the perfect spot for lawn games and outdoor seating.

  • Your choice of ceremony locations

Sweet Water Farm’s guest max occupancy is 200 guests inside and 600 guests with inside and outside seating.

  • 300 Madison cross back chairs

  • 300 white resin folding chairs

  • Your choice of black or white table cloths

  • Staff set up and take down of tables and chairs

* If your wedding is booked on Valentines Day, Easter Sunday, Memorial Day Weekend, July 4th, Labor Day Weekend, Halloween, Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Years Eve, or New Years Day, your package price will automatically be $5,000. If your date is a Holiday and falls on a Saturday, your package price will increase to $5,500.

From the moment you arrive on Friday morning until the moment you bid farewell on Sunday evening, our Full Weekend Wedding package grants you ample time to set up for the wedding day and host your rehearsal dinner all day Friday, add those final touches on Saturday, and most importantly, relax and savor every moment of your wedding day.
With this extended access, you can dance the night away without any worries about curfews or time restrictions. Furthermore, the added benefit of having access to our venue on Sunday allows you to conduct your post-wedding cleanup at your own pace. If you desire, you can even extend the celebration by hosting a delightful post-wedding cookout with your treasured loved ones.
